HIGH PAY

for RNs, LPNs, Medical Lab Technicians, Medical Technologists

and Respiratory Therapists

Allegiance Health Management is hiring for our seasonal PRN staff pool for all of our rural hospitals and clinics at highly competitive rates.  Travel may be required. 

Base rate of pay $45.00 up to $54.00 per hour depending on tier level. 

LPNs

Base rate of pay $27.00 up to $34.00 per hour depending on tier level.

Medical Laboratory Technicians

Base rate of pay $32.00 up to $40.00 per hour depending on tier level.

Medical Technologists

Base rate of pay $32.00 up to $40.00 per hour depending on tier level.

Respiratory Therapists

Base rate of pay $35.00 up to $42.00 per hour depending on tier level.

• Tier 1 – must work 48 hrs per month, plus two holidays per year
• Tier 2 – must work 72 hrs and one weekend shift per month, plus three holidays per yr
• Tier 3 – must work 96 hrs and one weekend shift per month, plus three holidays per yr
